Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you accept?
We accept children ages 2 through 12. Our preschool programs serve ages 2–5, our Montessori program (Dallas) serves ages 2–6, and our Afterschool program serves ages 5–12.
What documents do I need to enroll?
You will need your child's birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a completed enrollment application, and an emergency contact form. We will provide all forms during your campus tour.
What are your hours of operation?
Most campuses operate Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Colorado Springs and Dallas campuses open at 7:00 AM. Please contact your specific campus for exact hours and holiday schedules.
Do you offer part-time enrollment?
Yes! We offer both full-time and part-time enrollment options. Part-time schedules typically include 3 or 4 days per week. Contact your nearest campus for availability and pricing.
What is included in tuition?
Tuition includes all educational programming, STEM activities, Alpha1 AI learning tools, hot breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Field trips may have a small additional fee. Contact your campus for detailed tuition information.
Is financial assistance available?
We accept Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) subsidies and work with several financial assistance programs. Contact your campus director to discuss available options for your family.
What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We maintain low teacher-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives personalized attention. Pre-2: 1:4, Pre-3: 1:6, Pre-K: 1:8, Afterschool: 1:10. All ratios meet or exceed state licensing requirements.
